Garfield’s Rescue Gala – Terms & Conditions

Organizer: Garfield’s Rescue, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”)

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Garfield’s Rescue Gala (“Event”), you (“you,” “attendee,” or “ticket holder”) agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Entry is granted only with a valid ticket.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

2. Event Modifications

The Event will take place rain or shine.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public health concerns, venue issues).

3. Tax Deductibility

A portion of your ticket may be tax-deductible. Garfield’s Rescue, Inc. will provide a written acknowledgment stating the fair market value (FMV) of goods/services received.
Only the amount paid above the FMV is considered a charitable contribution under IRS guidelines.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event.
Garfield’s Rescue, Inc. is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred at the Event.
Attendees agree to behave respectfully and comply with all venue and event rules.

6. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal.
